Life Coaching

Supporting women through postpartum, motherhood, menopause and life's major transitions.

You take care of everyone.
Who takes care of you?

Life can be beautiful and meaningful — and still feel overwhelming at times.

Whether you're adjusting to motherhood, navigating postpartum life, entering menopause, or facing another major life transition, you don't have to figure everything out alone.

At Her Next Chapter, you'll find a warm, judgment-free space to feel heard, understand what you need, regain your confidence, and move forward with greater clarity and hope.

Does this sound like you?

The questions women rarely say out loud

Postpartum

Everyone asks how the baby is doing. Who asks how you are doing?

Motherhood

You can love your children deeply and still miss the woman you were before becoming a mother.

Menopause

Your body is changing. Your life is changing. Maybe what you need isn't to become who you were — but to discover who you're becoming.

Midlife

What if this isn't the end of something? What if it's the beginning of the part of your life that belongs to you?

Identity

For years, your life revolved around what everyone else needed. What happens when you finally ask: what do I need?

Who I help

Wherever you are, we begin there

Postpartum & Motherhood

Motherhood isn't always how you imagined it would feel.

For women who are navigating:

  • Adjusting to motherhood
  • Feeling overwhelmed or unsupported
  • Identity changes after having children
  • Changes in confidence and self-esteem
  • Relationships after having children
  • Feeling like you've lost a part of yourself

Midlife & Menopause

Life is changing — and so are you.

Menopause is about more than physical symptoms. It can affect how you see yourself, your relationships, your confidence, and what you want from this next stage of life.

  • Not feeling quite like yourself
  • Changes in confidence and body image
  • Children growing up and changes at home
  • Relationships shifting
  • Feeling stuck or unsure what comes next
  • Rediscovering purpose and motivation

Personal Growth & Change

Ready for something to change?

Sometimes you know something needs to change — even if you're not quite sure what that change should look like.

  • Children leaving home
  • Relationship or family changes
  • Career changes
  • Setting healthier boundaries
  • Creating routines and meaningful goals
  • Building confidence
  • Finding purpose in a new stage of life

About your coach

You don't have to lose yourself in the process of becoming someone new

As a mother of four, I know firsthand how profoundly motherhood can change a woman.

I have personally navigated postpartum depression, and I understand how difficult it can be to feel overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or unsure of who you are beyond being a mother. Now, as I navigate my own experience with menopause and another major transition in life, I've come to understand just how much women need a space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment.

These experiences are part of what led me to become a certified life coach and create Her Next Chapter.

I work with women navigating major life transitions — from becoming a mother to entering midlife and everything in between. My role isn't to tell you who you should be. It's to help you understand what you need, identify what you want to change, and take practical steps toward a life that feels more balanced, confident, and fulfilling.

My approach is warm, practical, compassionate, and centered around you.

Coaching is not therapy. When a woman needs clinical mental-health care, I refer her appropriately. Coaching can provide additional support when coaching is the appropriate fit.

What is life coaching?

What does life coaching actually look like?

You don't need to have everything figured out before you come. Coaching gives you a dedicated space to talk about what's happening in your life, identify what's keeping you stuck or overwhelmed, and decide what you want to be different. Together, we turn those thoughts into practical, manageable steps — so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to go. It complements, but does not replace, professional mental-health care when needed.

How it works

Gentle, step by step

One

Reach out

Call or text to schedule your complimentary consultation. It's a chance for us to talk about what you're going through, what you're hoping to change, and whether coaching feels like the right fit.

Two

Name what matters

Together, we'll identify what's feeling difficult right now and what you'd like to be different. From there, we'll create clear, meaningful goals for the season you're in — without pressure or judgment.

Three

Move forward together

In our sessions, we'll turn those goals into practical, manageable steps while working on confidence, boundaries, routines, and the changes that matter to you.

Complimentary Consultation

For new clients
