As a mother of four, I know firsthand how profoundly motherhood can change a woman.
I have personally navigated postpartum depression, and I understand how difficult it can be to feel overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or unsure of who you are beyond being a mother. Now, as I navigate my own experience with menopause and another major transition in life, I've come to understand just how much women need a space where they can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment.
These experiences are part of what led me to become a certified life coach and create Her Next Chapter.
I work with women navigating major life transitions — from becoming a mother to entering midlife and everything in between. My role isn't to tell you who you should be. It's to help you understand what you need, identify what you want to change, and take practical steps toward a life that feels more balanced, confident, and fulfilling.
My approach is warm, practical, compassionate, and centered around you.
Coaching is not therapy. When a woman needs clinical mental-health care, I refer her appropriately. Coaching can provide additional support when coaching is the appropriate fit.
